Applying for a Loan
You can apply completely online in minutes. Visit our Apply Now page, fill in the application form with your personal details, loan requirements and financial information, and submit. Our team will review your application and respond within 24 hours.
Typically you will need: a valid photo ID (passport or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement from the last 3 months), proof of income (recent payslips or tax returns for self-employed), and bank statements from the last 3 months. Our team will advise on any additional documents required for your specific loan type.
The online application takes as little as 10–15 minutes to complete. Once submitted, we aim to give you a decision within 24 hours. Upon approval and receipt of all required documents, funds can typically be transferred within 1–3 business days.
We assess every application on its individual merits and take into account your full financial picture, not just your credit score. While a poor credit history may affect your eligibility or the rate offered, we encourage you to apply and our team will work to find the best solution available to you.
Eligibility
To be eligible, you must: be at least 18 years of age, be a resident of Ireland, have a regular source of income, and have a valid Irish bank account. Additional criteria may apply depending on the loan type you are applying for.

No. Applying with Loanify is completely free of charge. You will only incur costs if you accept a loan offer and proceed with the loan agreement.
Repayment
Repayments are made by direct debit from your nominated Irish bank account. Monthly repayment amounts are agreed in advance and remain consistent throughout the loan term, making it easy to budget.
Yes. You can make overpayments or repay your loan in full at any time. Most of our loan products have no early repayment penalty. Any applicable charges will be clearly stated in your loan agreement before you sign.
If you think you may miss a repayment, please contact us as early as possible. We will work with you to find a solution. Missing payments may incur late fees and could negatively impact your credit rating. We are always willing to discuss payment plans if you are experiencing financial difficulty.
We offer repayment terms from 6 months to 84 months (7 years), depending on the loan type and amount. Longer terms mean lower monthly payments but more interest paid overall. Our team can help you choose the term that best balances affordability and total cost.
Security & Privacy
Yes. Loanify takes data security extremely seriously. All personal and financial information submitted through our website is encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology. We comply fully with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Acts. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
An initial enquiry or soft search typically does not affect your credit score. A full credit check (hard search) is performed when you proceed with a formal application. This will be clearly communicated to you before any hard search is carried out.
